470 Compark LLC, a Colorado limited liability company,
is controlled by the Vickers Trusts, headquartered in Wichita, Kansas.
The company acquired the 630 acres of land associated with Compark Business
Campus to participate in the growth opportunities that have taken place
in the southeast Denver Metropolitan area over the past 20years. The
company’s emphasis on superior quality planning and implementation
have generated real estate development projects that have maximized value
for both the company and those associated with each of its developments.
The company is committed to long term involvement in its projects which
guarantees that a standard of excellence will be attained.
Michael Vickers, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Vickers, as Chief Executive Officer of Compark,
is responsible for the daily business activities of the company. Mr. Vickers’
vision for the Compark real estate development project, located in Douglas
County, Colorado, has enhanced the value of the company’s primary
asset and prepared Compark to take advantage of the growth currently taking
place in the southeast metropolitan area of Denver. From inception of
the project, Mr. Vickers has conceptualized, planned, and processed the
Compark PD mixed use development, and in February 1998, Douglas County
gave zoning approval to the project enabling Compark to proceed in its
development. Since that time Mr. Vickers has led the development to become
a recognizable alternative for business relocations and residential living.
Mr. Vickers has been actively involved in the real
estate development business for over 25 years. His experiences gained
in the development and marketing of the master planned communities of
Desert Mountain and Desert Highlands, in the Phoenix marketplace, and
Castle Pines, south of Denver, are examples of the quality product and
market awareness he envisions for the Compark project.
Don Gravette, Director of Development
Mr. Gravette has been working directly with Mr. Vickers
for the past 13 years in the planning and development of both Compark
and The Cliffs at Castle Pines, a residential, estate lot subdivision
located at Castle Pines Village, Colorado. Mr. Gravette assists in the
project planning, development controls and marketing of Compark. With
over 25 years of development experience in the southern California and
Colorado markets, Mr. Gravette provides a broad base of development expertise
to Compark.
Kathy Newsom, Controller
Ms. Newsom has been involved in Vickers Trusts business
operations for numerous years. She has been responsible for Compark’s
financial activities since the acquisition of the property. Ms. Newsom
monitors the financial, accounting, tax, and personnel departments for
both Compark and Vickers Trusts.
Tina Lindstrom, Executive Assistant
Mrs. Lindstrom provides administrative support for
the development activities. Her responsibilities include daily accounts
receivable, accounts payable, scheduling and general office support.
