Property Info

The Compark PD is comprised of 500 acres of the original Compark land holdings. The master plan document received zoning approvals in 1998 and the developer has finalized platting for land development improvements. The PD zoning incorporates a variety of potential mixed uses within five specific land use classifications. The classifications include; Residential SFD, Business Employment, Highway Business Employment, Business Commercial, and Highway Commercial. In addition, the PD includes an Open Space land use of approximately 52 acres. The land use descriptions provide for substantial flexibility, yet are protected by the Developer’s inclusion of a Statement of Commitments and Development Standards. Additionally, a Compark Design Guide has been incorporated into the covenants, conditions, and restrictions, to assist in maintaining the integrity of the development concept.
